HERES THE FINAL PIC! 8D WHEE!! i'm done!! This new technique I'm doing makes things faster plus lessening the layers. I like it! :dance: It's Ed and Al from Full Metal Alchemist. I know the transmutation circles should be blue but I don't want the whole pic to drown in blue (since the circles are the only light source in the image). I'm doing Al and Ed because of my next attempt on a project >__> I'm gonna make a fanart of "Ghost In The Shell: 2nd Gig" with all the metal parts..and the buildings.. and the bullet time.. I need all the practice I can get ;___;

information
photoshop - coloring, sketching, and inking
AutoCAD - transmutation circles (because I can't draw perfect circles lol :D )
original size - 2800 x 2800 pixels
original file size - 55,047 KB
total number of layers - 15 (because Ed and Al are in their respective layers and can be separated for a cool solo pose ;) )

time limit:
4 hours - background coloring
4 hours - character coloring thingie >.>
8 hours - lineart
5 hours - sketching
music : "Undo" by Cool Joe , "Origa" the opening of Ghost In The Shell:2nd Gig

It is pretty awesome. However, I still wish to point out (again) that A.) Ed doesn't need to use a transmutation circle and B.) The circle he's using is for human transmutations. XD Still, great fanart! :3 It was totally worth every second you put into it.

oooh, really well done! the time you put into it was worth it ^_^ I particularly enjoythe clothing folds and the style you shaded it in :3
